Recently our minister Kapil Sibbal commented that education system should be student-centric and not exam-centric.
On a first glance, this note looks very impressive. But the question is how to make this transformation?
Do people who are in current education system, would be able to interpret this correctly and contribute to this transformation?
How the publications will work for it?
How the evaluation system will be?
Do parents understand the meaning of it?
So, the basic question is How people in current education ecosystem will learn it and be ready for this transformation?
Not sure, whether this was just a statement made to get publicity or Do Sibbal really understands about it and the challenges.
